This week Liverpool will visit Leicestershire and Leicester City. Will the Merseyside squad leave with three points and continue as undefeated in the domestic league or will the first defeat for Klopp and the rest arrive this weekend? Time will tell but it looks bright for the Reds!

It might not be a surprise for anyone that Liverpool have produced at the beginning of the season. The team hasn’t lost even if the performances haven’t always reflected the results. The opposition hasn’t been really challenging yet either (West Ham, Crystal Palace, and Brighton). Not the most difficult opponents and the team should have nine points. The most positive part of the season start for Liverpool is the introduction of Naby Keita. The former RB Leipzig midfielder will do massively for Liverpool. Could be the decisive factor for who will win the league this season.

Leicester had a difficult opening game and lost, not totally fare against Manchester United. Since then the team has won both of their league fixtures and will now once again face difficult opposition. The biggest blow for the Foxes is the absence of Jaime Vardy, who is still missing due to a direct red card in the fixture against Wolverhampton Wanderers. This is a massive blow for the team since Vardy’s speed would have been an effective tool against somewhat shaky Liverpool defense.

But with the massive offensive quality of Liverpool, the Merseyside will win it.
