Connor McDavid again?

Last year the new megastar of the NHL won the point league finishing the season at 100 points, 30 goals and 70 assists from 82 matches. Second in the stands was two time winner of the points league Sidney Crosby at 89 points.

Now this season with 6 games left to play Connor McDavid of Edmonton Oilers is in the lead with 99 points. Second is Nikita Kucherov on 96 points and third is two time winner Evgeni Malkin on 94 points.

At the top of the goal scoring table right now is Russian Alexander Ovetchkin on 45 goals with Finnish flash Patrick Laine second on 43 goals and Malkin third with 42.
