Living legends Roger Federer of Switzerland and Spain’s hero Rafael Nadal cruised into the second round of the 2019 Australian Open today. Nadal made his first match since the US Open semi-final (withdrew against del Potro) and had no problems with 26-year Aussie James Duckworth. The two time defending champion Federer also had an easy match against Denis Istomin.
Nadal won 6-4, 6-3, 7-5 against Duckworth and Federer won 6-3, 6-4, 6-4 against Istomin and both Nadal and Federer looked really really sharp and as potential winners of this year’s Australian Open. Bet with LeoVegas for the best odds on Australian Open.

Last year at the Australian Open the Swiss Maestro Federer won his 6th title in Melbourne and 20th Grand Slam overall. In the finals he defeated Marin Cilic in five sets. The 26.00 odds on the US Open 2014 champion Cilic is a very attractive bet. Rafa Nadal withdrew from Brisbane last week with yet another injury and has not played since withdrawing from the 2018 US Open semifinal against Juan Martin del Potro.
