Roger Federer is on top of the list over most Grand Slam titles won on the men’s side and Margaret court has the record of most Grand Slam Titles on the women’s side. Roger Federer and Rafael Nadal won 2 Grand Slam titles each in 2017 and now have a big lead to the next active player Novak Djokovic with 15 Grand Slam wins so far. Djokovic won 3 straight slams from Wimbledon 2018 to Australian Open 2019. American Pete Sampras held the record of most Grand Slam titles before the era of Federer-Nadal-Djokovic with 14 slams to his name and he is now in fourth place all-time. Aussie Roy Emerson is in 5th place with 12 slams but he won his Slams during the years when Rod Laver and Ken Rosewall where playing at the Pro Tour. Combining the Grand Slam and Pro Slam titles for Laver and Rosewall shows that Rod Laver won 11 Grand Slams plus 8 Pro Slams and Rosewall won 8 Grand Slams and 15 Pro Slams. The number of Pro Slams was only 3 (Wembley Pro, French Pro and US Pro Championships). Laver who won a calendar year Grand Slam twice (1962 and 1969) also won a calendar year Pro Slam once (1967) and Rosewall won all three Pro Slams 1963.

Another curiosity is that 1969 Rod Laver won the two Pro Slams played that year, the Wembley Pro and the US Pro, plus all 4 Grand Slams, making him the only person in history with 6 Slams the same year.
